1. Initial Contact

2. Face-to-Face or Virtual Meeting

This meeting allows me to get to know you a little better so I can find out how to best serve you in your search. This includes:

• A needs and wants analysis.

• A conversation about your familiarity with buying a home.

• A plan for how best to move forward.

• Education on the current market, homes, and process.

3. House Hunting and Writing Offers

This is where it gets fun! After putting together a customized search, we’ll coordinate to tour the homes that meet your specific criteria. I’ve toured thousands of homes, written thousands of offers, and have attended hundreds of home inspections…so I’ll be sure to point out any potential issues, pitfalls, or overlooked opportunities I find. I will walk you through every point in the offer paperwork and structure it to protect and benefit you throughout the process.
