2. Walk Through Meeting
Instead of trying to sell you anything, this meeting allows Ryan to walk the home so he can provide current market education and insight.

3. Research and Price Opinion
After walking through your home, Ryan will be able to give you a great idea of what you might expect your home to sell for and what improvements may be worthwhile prior to listing. Based on your needs, we will provide you with a listing plan and begin the process of helping you prepare your home for sale.
4. If you decide to partner with Ryan, he will walk with you through every step in the process of selling your home.
Over the past several years, many homeowners have gone “underwater” on their home (they owe more on their home than they can sell it for). In many cases, a homeowner’s income may have been reduced or they are required to move. In these situations, you may qualify for a short sale. Our team will coordinate to list your home and obtain a fair market value offer for your home. We will then negotiate with your bank to sell for less than the value of the mortgage and forgive the mortgage debt that you would have owed.
